About RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy)     

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a phenomenal therapy developed and fine-tuned over thirty years by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer. It combines the most effective principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to bring unparalleled results in one to three sessions.

This therapy works by directly accessing the Subconscious mind of the individual through hypnosis. This hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system, and people are fully aware, awake and conscious of everything during a session.

Our conscious and logical mind, the one with which we drive our actions is only 5% of our brains. The sub-conscious mind is 95% of the human mind, and where our preferences and beliefs are stored. The only way to access the subconscious mind is through REM state, or rapid eye movement. This happens only during dreaming and hypnosis. The subconscious mind is largely habitual, and the conscious mind is our creative mind. But 95% of our day is spent in playing out the habitual behaviours, thought patterns and preferences of our subconscious mind.

​Using the Regression technique clients are able to reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to reach their subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. During regression, clients are fully aware that they are simply reviewing events, and not re-living them. Clients are in a safe and comfortable environment and fully in control of themselves and what they wish to disclose.
